Joi-Lynn Mondisa

Hello, my name is Joi Mondisa and I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial & Operations Engineering and an Engineering Education faculty member at the University of Michigan.  My teaching and research interests focus on engineering management and operations and engineering education and mentoring research.  In my research, I examine mentoring approaches, experiences, and intervention programs that broaden participation in higher education.
